Inspired Residential Interior Design

Our goal for every project is to give our clients a sense of calm. We establish trust with our clients that we are there to handle all the details and create a home that is updated, yet timeless and livable.

WHAT WE OFFER

FULL FURNISHING DESIGN

  • We start with floor plans to ensure that we have the best layout for the space, and from there, we develop a design plan with you and source all of the furnishings, fabrics, lighting, carpet, paint, and wallpaper. Then we place orders, coordinate delivery, install everything, and style your space so that you can walk in the door and enjoy your beautiful new space that makes you want to host the next holiday party.

    Cost: Starting at $5,500 per room

    (Minimum of 1 full room within a 30 mile radius, 2 rooms within a 60 mile radius, or 3 rooms or more for homes beyond.)

MATERIAL SELECTION FOR RENOVATIONS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION

  • Think: bathrooms and kitchens, for example. We help you source tile, flooring, countertops, cabinetry, lighting, and hardware for these types of spaces. After meeting with you and getting to know your style and ‘vibe,’ we bring options to you to choose from that will work with the space and stay within the style that you love. We will then put together a spec book for your builder with all of the chosen items for each space…Trust us, he will love you for it!

    Cost: Starting at $2,500 per room

    (Minimum of 2 rooms within a 30 mile radius, 3 rooms within a 60 mile radius, and 4 rooms or more beyond.)

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

  • We help you with areas that include both soft materials, like upholstered pieces and curtains, as well as hard materials, like flooring and cabinetry. Think: a master bedroom and bathroom or a kitchen, living room, and dining room. We LOVE offering this service because we have found that when rooms are connected with design elements, they look better when done together. Unfortunately, when one room is renovated and looks gorgeous and new, it makes the adjoining room look outdated. It has been our experience that clients are most happy when the rooms that are within a sightline of one another are done at the same time so that there is a cohesive look. If the front rooms in your house are different from the back rooms and you can’t quite swing doing all of them, we recommend doing the ones that are closest together. We are certain that you won’t regret it!

Right, that’s because they have a team behind the scenes that does everything from floor plans, to sourcing materials, purchasing, tracking, installing, and styling. There are so many moving parts in a home renovation or new construction project that it is easy to get overwhelmed and lose track of details. Let us be your “HGTV team,” minus the cameras – we have an organized process and we handle everything, start to finish, so you don’t have to stress or lift a finger.

ON SITE CONSULTATION

We’ll meet at the project site (aka, your home) to discuss the scope and vision for your project, budget, timeline, and what services would be best suited for your needs.
Cost: $450 (to be used toward project total if you choose to work with us)

DESIGN PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT SIGNING

We will send over a design proposal and client agreement outlining the details of the project and the estimated cost to work with us.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This includes floor plans, design boards and material selections. We’ll collaborate to select all of the pretty things that will make you so excited to move in and invite company over

PURCHASING

We handle purchasing of all items, as well as tracking and storage until install day. You sit back and enjoy a glass of wine- we got it!

INSTALLATION and CELEBRATION

The final step is installing all items and styling the space for you to have that fabulous big reveal moment, with tissues nearby if needed!

FAQS

  • Our in-home Design Consult is up to 90 minutes and is the jumping-off point for us to see your home and to think about beautiful ways to transform your space. We walk with you through the rooms you would like help with so we can fully understand what you need, how you will use the rooms, and how you want your home to feel. We'll share initial design options and ideas for the space.

    After the consult, you'll receive a detailed Summary Report and Design Fee Proposal outlining your project scope and investment for working together.

    Your consultation fee of $450 will be applied to your design fee if you move forward with working with us.

  • At this time, we only offer services for projects that include 1 or more rooms to fully furnish or 2 or more rooms that need hard surface material selections for renovations and new construction.

  • After our 90-minute consultation, we will provide a Design Fee Proposal that will include a 'flat fee' for our design based on the size and scope of your project. Any hours spent with contractors, architects, and trades will be billed at an hourly rate. All purchased materials will be billed separately, as well.

  • As our client, you will absolutely be an integral part of choosing items to create a space that is uniquely yours, but our flat fee structure is based on us selecting, purchasing, tracking, and installing your furnishings. This process minimizes the risk of oversight and ensures a seamless process and a smooth installation process for our clients. Plus, we live for that HGTV moment where you walk in and everything is beautifully furnished, styled, and move-in ready. Ahhh... big sigh!

  • First please complete our online inquiry form for us to get to know you and your project. Once we receive your information, we will reach out to you and send you our Services Guide that will provide you with additional information about how we may work together. If our services line up with what you are looking for, then we set up a Zoom call to to get to know you better and to ask a few more questions about your project. If we align with your aesthetic, timeline and budget, we offer an in-home paid design consultation to review your project, design goals and and talk through our initial thoughts for your project. After this meeting, we will send you a design fee proposal that will outline what our fees would be to complete your project. Once approved, a letter of agreement is sent out, signed and we get to work!
